We evaluated events that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date these financial statements were issued, and the following event that met recognition or disclosure criteria was identified: At their February 2014 meeting, the Trustees declared a cash dividend of $.27 per Sub-share, payable March 14, 2014 to Sub-share holders of record at the close of business on March 6, 2014. |
